Refund and Returns Policy

At Resonance Therapy SA, we stand behind the quality and effectiveness of the devices we use. We recommend using our devices for a minimum of six weeks to allow sufficient time to observe any potential results. If you are not noticing any changes, please reach out to us for assistance, and we will strive to help you achieve satisfactory results.

We offer a buy-back warranty of 60 days for all new purchases. If a buy-back is deemed the best option, we will purchase the device from you at the price you paid, with a 10% administrative fee deducted. After the 60-day period, we recommend considering our consignment option. Please note that the buy-back warranty only covers the product and excludes shipping and/or insurance costs.

Upon receiving the item, we will thoroughly inspect it and inform you via email whether you are entitled to a refund. Refunds are only available for regular-priced items and do not apply to sale items. To check the status of your return, please contact us at support@resonancesa.co.za.

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you believe a product is defective, please contact us immediately with details of the product and defect. After we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you via email whether you are eligible for a replacement.

Please note that some items, such as self-adhesive electrodes and off-the-shelf items like cables, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Refunds do not include shipping and handling charges, which must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any damage or loss during shipment, and we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
